We want BinnacleCrew Exam-Prep to be worth it. This policy explains when refunds are available. It applies alongside our Terms of Service.
Monthly subscription ($39/mo)
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your Pro access continues through the end of the current paid period. We do not generally refund partial months already billed, but if you were charged for a renewal you did not intend and contact us within 7 daysof that charge, we’ll refund it as a courtesy.
One-time study pass ($129)
The study pass unlocks the full Service immediately for approximately six months. Because access is granted right away, we offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase, provided you have not made substantial use of the paid features (for example, completing multiple mock exams or generating a REC packet). After 7 days, or once the pass has been substantially used, the purchase is non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Email support@binnacleai.com from the address on your account with your request and the approximate purchase date. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe and may take several business days to appear.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended.
Free tier
The free tier is always free — no payment, nothing to refund. Try it before you upgrade.
