Under 33 CFR 164, a towing vessel of 12 meters or more in length operating on the navigable waters of the U.S. is generally required to carry:
- AA marine radar, magnetic compass, VHF radio, charts/publications, and an echo depth sounding device (as applicable to its route)✓ Correct
