A partly submerged vessel or object being towed (or a group of them) that is hard to see must be marked with:
- AAll-round white lights/retroreflective material at the ends and along its length as required by the Rules✓ Correct

Explanation
Inconspicuous, partly submerged tows must carry all-round white lights (at the ends, and spaced along the length for long tows) and retroreflective material, plus a diamond shape on very long or large tows, so other vessels can detect them.
