Enclosed-space entry requires a permit verifying the atmosphere has been tested (O2 ~20.9%, flammable ≤1% LEL, toxics below limits), the space ventilated and isolated from cargo/IG lines, an attendant posted, communications set, and rescue/resuscitation equipment standing by. Never enter on appearance alone.
