To act as a person-in-charge of a transfer of liquid dangerous cargo, a mariner must hold:
- AAny OUPV credential
- BA radio operator permit only
- CAn appropriate Tankerman endorsement (e.g., Tankerman-PIC) on the MMC✓ Correct
- DA pilotage endorsement
