Cargo hose and loading-arm connections to the vessel manifold must be:

- BFully bolted with a gasket and all bolt holes fitted, or fitted with a proper quick-connect coupling✓ Correct

Explanation
Each bolted connection must be made up with a gasket and a bolt in at least every other hole (and every hole if fewer than four), or use an approved quick-connect coupling, so the joint is leak-tight at transfer pressure.
