Under Rule 18, a vessel engaged in fishing when underway shall, so far as possible, keep out of the way of:
- AA power-driven vessel
- BA sailing vessel
- CA vessel not under command and a vessel restricted in her ability to maneuver✓ Correct
- DAll other vessels
Explanation
A fishing vessel keeps clear of NUC and RAM vessels. It does NOT have to give way to power-driven or sailing vessels (which instead give way to it).
