In restricted visibility, every vessel must proceed at a safe speed adapted to the conditions and:
- ATurn off the radar to avoid confusion
- BMaintain maximum speed to clear the fog quickly
- CHave engines ready for immediate maneuver, and a power-driven vessel must take all way off if it cannot avoid a close-quarters situation forward of the beam✓ Correct
