A sling psychrometer, using wet- and dry-bulb thermometers, is used to determine:
- AAtmospheric pressure
- BRelative humidity and dew point✓ Correct
- CWind direction
- DWave height
Explanation
The psychrometer compares wet- and dry-bulb temperatures; their difference gives relative humidity and dew point. When the air temperature falls to the dew point, condensation — dew, or fog over the sea — occurs.
