When labeling a course line, the standard convention is to place the:
- ASpeed above the line and the course below it
- BCourse (C) above the line and speed (S) below it✓ Correct

- DCourse below and distance above
Explanation
By convention the course is written above the line as a three-digit true bearing (e.g., C 090) and the speed below it (S 12). Consistent labeling lets any navigator read the plot without ambiguity.
